How much is your engraving ?
Trophy engraving is FREE if you order 20 or more trophies. Otherwise trophy engraving is
$1.00 per trophy.
Plaque engraving is 15 cents per letter. Logos are $15.00 per plaque.
Medal engraving is 50 cents per medal.
How much engraving can I put on my award ?
For trophies, most standard trophies will hold 3 lines of 30 letters per line,
however the actual amounts are listed on the trophy order and info page.
Plaques are basically unlimited, within reason.
Medals can hold 4 lines of 10 characteres per line.
How long to orders take to process ?
It all depends on which awards are ordered, the quantity, and most importantly the time of
year. April - June is our busy season and standard orders normally take a minimum of 3-4
days to process.
Custom order take a minimum of 2 weeks usually.
How much is shipping ?
We have a shipping chart which
shows the shipping time and prices.
Note: Depending on the items ordered, shipping may be less than shown.
What if I have a problem ?
Please call or email us right away. Most of the problems are as simple as sending out a
new nameplate, rather than returning the whole trophy. If it is something more than that,
we will work with you to solve the problem the best we can with the time allowed.
Is shopping on the web safe ?
Reports have shown, shopping on the web is safer than giving your credit card to a
waitress. We have a secure server on our site which SAFELY sends us your credit card and
shipping information.
We understand some people still do not like to send that information over the internet,
feel free to order your awards online and then call us or fax us your information.
